1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 989jl, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 989jl platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all users of the 989jl platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the Site in any capacity.

989jl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 989jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 989jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 989jl employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 989jl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 989jl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 989jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 989jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

989jl may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or when required by applicable law or regulation. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide all requested documentation promptly.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 989jl account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). 989jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. 989jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 989jl account holder.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 989jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 989jl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Transaction Limits

989jl may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion. These limits may vary by payment method, account verification status, and VIP tier. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

989jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• 989jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms;
• 989jl reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means;
• Players who abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or other prohibited conduct — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

6. Gameplay Rules

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

989jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) in real-time. 989jl does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 989jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. 989jl's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 989jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 989jl platform without the prior written consent of 989jl.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 989jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 989jl platform.

989jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall 989jl's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 989jl account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

989jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 989jl platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

989jl implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. 12. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be withheld pending investigation. If your account is closed for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 989jl informally by contacting our support team. 989jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

14. Amendments to These Terms

989jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 989jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 989jl platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
